As Director of Carmel Research School, it is wonderful to know that CTTP ITT students are receiving the most up to date educational research in their training. Working alongside CTTP means trainees are grounded in the best bets of academic evidence. This is being embedded throughout schools and in the National Professional Qualifications. The close relationship between CTTP and Carmel Research School really enhances the foundations of teaching that CTTP ITT students develop.
We provide a range of courses to support professionals through every stage of their career. Expert facilitators deliver on a range of middle and senior leadership courses for the nationally recognised, National Professional Qualifications. We currently deliver the Early Career Framework to cluster of schools, ensuring that Early Career Teachers receive the best possible induction to their career. We design bespoke programmes for schools to maximise staff potential, providing mentoring, support and guidance.
